Meet & Greet
As pet parents ourselves, we understand the crazy love you have for your 4-legged family members and the anxiety involved with leaving them in someone else’s care. We’ve been there. We assure you our number one priority is to provide you and your furry companions with attentive service and reliable, quality pet care. While you are away from home, our goal is to create a positive pet care experience:
less fret for you and less stress for your pet.
Relationships are important to us, so let's start with a Meet & Greet
A Meet & Greet is required prior to your first service.
We take pride in building long-term relationships with our clients. Our complimentary Meet & Greet is the perfect time to take a little walk in your shoes, get to know your pets, learn their routine, create a care plan, and answer any questions you may have before your first official service.
Before the Meet & Greet, we'll schedule a brief call to clarify your pet care needs, then follow up with an email to activate your client account on our pet care platform Time to Pet.
Once you complete your Time to Pet profile, a Meet & Greet can be scheduled. The more details we have beforehand, the better use we can make of our Meet & Greet time.
We ask that you save an hour to spend with us, especially if your pup is shy or their care routine is involved.
The Meet & Greet is about more than reviewing the details of your pet sit. During that time, we also get a glimpse of your pup's behavior so we have some sort of baseline to better identify any changes during our visits.
Lastly, If you have specific dates in mind, we'll schedule your first reservation. If you are unsure whether an In-Home service is for you, we can always schedule some trial run visits to see how you and your pup handle the experience.
